Chase & Status

Drum & Bass, bass music and electronic energy at the very highest level

Chase & Status are among the best-known acts on the British drum & bass and bass music scene. Their sound combines driving breakbeats, powerful basslines and electronic production with influences from garage, house, dubstep and hip-hop. Their repertoire ranges from dark, intense tracks to big, festival-ready anthems.

Her songs blend urban energy with a spirit of electronic experimentation. Vocals are often used as catchy hooks, lending the tracks added dynamism. The music draws its energy less from traditional song structures than from tension, rhythm and the steady build-up of intense bass and beat moments.

Chase & Status are best known for their high-energy live shows, where drum & bass and electronic club culture meet the atmosphere of a major festival. Fast breakbeats, massive basslines and elaborate audiovisual productions create a concert experience you can really feel in your body. The audience immediately becomes part of the performance.

Since their early days, Chase & Status have played a key role in bringing drum & bass to a wider international audience. With their modern, genre-blending approach, they combine underground influences with the scale of festivals and large concert venues. As such, they represent a generation of electronic acts that bridge the gap between club music and the mainstream.
