BANKS, whose real name is Jillian Rose Banks, is an American singer and songwriter born on 16 June 1988 in Orange County, California. With her mixture of electronic R&B, dark pop elements and introspective lyrics, she has been a firm favourite in the alternative pop scene since 2013.
