Airbourne are pure rock energy - loud, fast, sweat-inducing. Since their formation in 2003 in Warrnambool, Australia, brothers Joel and Ryan O'Keeffe and their band have dedicated themselves to classic hard rock - in the spirit of AC/DC, Motörhead and Rose Tattoo.

Her debut album Runnin' Wild (2007) made it clear: Airbourne do not want to cater to musical trends, but celebrate uncompromising rock 'n' roll as it should be - with screaming guitars, thunderous drums and anthemic choruses. Songs such as "Too Much, Too Young, Too Fast" and "Live It Up" quickly became modern rock anthems and established the band internationally.

Airbourne stand for an explosive live show - Joel O'Keeffe climbs amplifiers, lets sparks fly and sprints through the audience with his guitar. Their concerts are a physical experience that immediately transmits the raw power and energy of their music. They remain true to their roots: no-frills rock, turned up loud and played with total conviction.

With further albums such as Black Dog Barking, Breakin' Outta Hell or Boneshaker they underpinned their reputation as a modern hard rock institution. Their lyrics deal with freedom, excess and rebellion - classic themes, but with the unmistakable Airbourne attitude.
