Shindy

Shindy, whose real name is Michael Schindler, is a German rapper known for his distinctive style and luxurious themes. Born on 7 September 1988 in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Shindy initially began his career as a producer and lyricist. He was discovered by Bushido and signed to his label Ersguterjunge, which enabled him to break into the German rap scene.

With his debut album NWA (2013), Shindy quickly established himself as one of the most successful German rappers. Albums like FVCKB!TCHE$GETMONE¥ (2014) and Dreams (2016) reached the top of the charts and cemented his reputation as an artist who combines musical sophistication with a penchant for opulent aesthetics and lifestyle themes. His sound is characterised by smooth beats, concise lyrics and an elegant blend of old-school hip-hop and modern influences.

After a break, Shindy returned in 2019 with the album Drama which once again emphasised his position as one of Germany's most style-defining rappers. In addition to his music, Shindy also attracts attention through his media presence and his sense of fashion and brands. With his combination of artistic talent and striking personality, he remains a defining figure in the German rap scene.
