**Paul Kalkbrenner** is a renowned German DJ, music producer and actor who is recognised worldwide as one of the most important representatives of the electronic music scene. Born in Leipzig in 1977 and raised in Berlin, Kalkbrenner began producing electronic music at an early age and released his first tracks in the late 1990s.
