**Pashanim**, real name Can David Bayram, is a German rapper and filmmaker from Berlin who has quickly become one of the most up-and-coming artists on the German hip-hop scene. Born in 2000 and raised in Berlin's Kreuzberg district, Pashanim was introduced to the music and culture of his home city at an early age. He made his musical breakthrough in 2020 with the viral hit *Airwaves*, which quickly became one of the summer hits of the year thanks to its striking, laid-back flow and catchy melody.
