Parov Stelar

Parov Stelar, real name Marcus Füreder, is an Austrian musician, producer and DJ who is regarded as a pioneer of electro swing. Born in Linz in 1974, he has developed a unique sound that combines elements of swing, jazz and electronic music. Since the founding of his label Etage Noir Recordings in 2003, Parov Stelar has made a name for himself with hits like "Catgroove", "Booty Swing" and "All Night" has achieved worldwide fame. His music has not only conquered the club scene, but is also used in films, advertising campaigns and TV series.

Parov Stelar's international success is based on his innovative style, which combines vintage sounds from the 1920s to 1940s with modern beats. On stage, he is accompanied by the Parov Stelar Band which gives his live performances a special dynamic. With albums such as "Coco" (2009), "The Princess" (2012) and "Moonlight Love Affair" (2022), he has established himself as one of the most successful and style-defining artists in the electronic genre.

In addition to his musical diversity, Parov Stelar impresses with a distinct visual aesthetic that characterises his albums and videos.
