Marilyn Manson

Marilyn Manson, real name Brian Hugh Warner, is an American musician, singer, songwriter and actor who became known for his provocative and often shocking stage performances as well as his dark and controversial music. Born on 5 January 1969 in Canton, Ohio, he founded the band Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids in 1989, which later became famous under the name Marilyn Manson. His stage name is a fusion of the first name of actress Marilyn Monroe and the surname of notorious cult leader Charles Manson.

Marilyn Manson rose to international fame in the 1990s with the album "Antichrist Superstar" (1996). This work, produced by Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails, presented Manson as a central figure in industrial metal and established his reputation as the enfant terrible of the music industry. Songs such as "The Beautiful People" and "Tourniquet" became anthems of rebellion and non-conformism, supported by Manson's theatrical and often disturbing music videos and live performances that challenged and shocked social norms.
