Kygo

Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll, better known by his stage name Kygois a Norwegian DJ and music producer known for his distinctive sound and melodic electronic beats.

Born on 11 September 1991 in Singapore, Kygo grew up in Bergen, Norway, and began playing the piano at a young age. However, he only really began his musical career when he started producing electronic music and creating remixes for other artists.

Kygo has made a name for himself with his unique remixes of tracks by well-known artists such as Ed Sheeran and Marvin Gaye. His breakthrough came in 2014 with the track "Firestone", a collaboration with the Australian singer Conrad Sewell, which enjoyed great success worldwide.

His debut album "Cloud Nine" was released in 2016 and reached high chart positions in several countries. The album contains some of his best-known hits, including "Stole the Show", "Firestone" and "Stay".

Kygo is known for his "tropical house" sound, which is characterised by gentle melodies, catchy rhythms and an overall relaxed atmosphere. He has popularised this style in the electronic music scene and has become one of the most influential artists in this genre.
