Kraftwerk's upcoming open-air concert on Dresden's Theaterplatz in 2024 promises to be a spectacular experience that will redefine the boundaries of music performance. The legendary pioneers of electronic music will perform on Saturday, 14 September 2024, in front of the Semper Opera House and wow the audience with impressive large-screen projections on the façade of the historic building.
Kraftwerk, under the direction of founding composer and producer Ralf Hütter, have been regarded as a true "Gesamtkunstwerk" since their foundation in 1970, having perfected the combination of electronic music, computer animation and performance art. With their innovative approach, they have inspired and delighted generations of musicians and music lovers.
The band has already performed at some of the most important historical venues around the world, including Karlsruhe Palace, the Acropolis in Athens and Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna. Now Kraftwerk is also coming to the Saxon state capital to create an unforgettable experience for the audience.
