Fury In The Slaughterhouse

Fury in the Slaughterhouse is a German rock band that was founded in Hanover in 1987. The band consists of the brothers Kai and Thorsten Wingenfelder, Rainer Schumann, Gero Drnek, Hannes Schäfer and Christof Stein-Schneider. Fury in the Slaughterhouse quickly gained recognition for their catchy and versatile sound, which combines influences from rock, pop and alternative rock. They are considered one of the most successful German rock bands of the 1990s.

Their breakthrough came in 1993 with the album *Mono*, which contained hits such as "Every Generation Got Its Own Disease" and "Radio Orchid". These songs, which are characterised by their catchy melodies and profound lyrics, became anthems for the band and brought them attention not only in Germany but also internationally. Fury in the Slaughterhouse found a loyal following in the USA in particular, which was supported by their regular tours in North America.

After a series of successful albums and tours, the band decided to take a break in 2008, but returned in 2017 for their 30th anniversary with a major reunion tour.
