The British pop stars of the 2000s

Blue are a British pop and R&B boy band who enjoyed worldwide success in the early 2000s. The group is made up of Duncan James, Antony Costa, Lee Ryan and Simon Webbe, who came together in 2000 and already made a name for themselves with their debut single "All Rise" stormed the charts in 2001. The catchy sound of pop, soul and R&B, paired with harmonious vocals, quickly turned the band into an international phenomenon.

With hits like "One Love", "Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word" (together with Elton John) or "U Make Me Wanna" Blue cemented their reputation as one of the most successful boybands of their time. Their albums sold millions of copies and they were among the biggest stars of the pop scene at the time, particularly in Europe and Asia.

After a break in the late 2000s, Blue returned to the stage, including their participation in the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest. To this day, they continue to tour regularly and release new music, proving that their blend of charm, energy and timeless pop melodies has lost none of its appeal decades after their breakthrough.
