LaFee, real name Christina Klein, is a German singer who enjoyed great success in the 2000s with her characteristic mix of pop-rock and emotional lyrics. Born in 1990 in Stolberg, she became famous in 2006 with her debut album LaFee and the single Princess became instantly famous. Her music appealed to young people in particular, as it often dealt with themes such as love, pain and self-discovery.
In the following years, LaFee released several successful albums, including Now more than ever (2007) and Ring free (2009). Songs like Howl and Who am I became anthems for her fans. Her powerful voice and the mixture of rock sounds and catchy melodies made her an integral part of the German music scene.
