Shipping and delivery

At mastertix, we attach great importance to the safe and fast delivery of your tickets. As soon as we have received your payment, we will dispatch your tickets to your specified delivery address within 3-4 working days. However, this only applies to tickets that have been purchased with the "Fast delivery" label.

For tickets that have been purchased without the 'Fast delivery' marking, we would like to point out that they may be dispatched shortly before the date of the event. At mastertix, we attach great importance to the punctual delivery of your tickets. Regardless of the time of dispatch, you can rest assured that your tickets will arrive safely and on time.

At mastertix, we offer secure standard shipping for €7, which is always provided with a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your ticket delivery online. The delivery fee includes the cost of packaging, shipping and delivery charges or fees for personal ticket handovers at the venue, all inclusive of VAT. We use reputable shipping service providers such as Deutsche Post, DHL and UPS to ensure that your tickets arrive safely and reliably. However, if the tickets are sent to you as digital e-tickets, the delivery charge will be refunded retrospectively. Please simply contact us for this. Your satisfaction is our top priority at mastertix.

Our shipping costs cover handling, packaging and postage. The handling charges are fixed, while the shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the consignment and the shipping service provider selected. To avoid additional costs, we recommend that you combine all items in one order. Please note that we cannot combine separate orders and that handling and shipping charges will apply to each order.

Should there be a change of delivery address during the dispatch process, for example to a hotel address, the customer can send this to us and will receive a confirmation from us.

At mastertix, we understand that the shipping process can sometimes present unforeseen challenges. Despite all our care, it can happen that a shipment gets lost. In such a rare case, we want to reassure our customers that they bear no risk whatsoever. If the customer has provided their delivery address correctly and the shipment is still lost, we are ready to provide replacement tickets immediately. If no replacement tickets are available, we will refund the full amount of the customer's payment. At mastertix, our main focus is to ensure that your tickets arrive safely and reliably. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
