Bury Tomorrow is a British metalcore band formed in Southampton, England, in 2006. The founding members are Dani Winter-Bates (vocals), Davyd Winter-Bates (bass), Adam Jackson (drums), Jason Cameron (vocals and rhythm guitar) and Mehdi Vismara (lead guitar). The band is known for their melodic approach within the metalcore genre, combining aggressive shouts with catchy, clean vocal passages and powerful guitar riffs.
Their debut album, Portraits, was released in 2009 and helped the band build a loyal fan base. However, their breakthrough came with their second album, „The Union of Crowns“ (2012), which was very well received in the scene and brought them international attention. With hits such as „Lionheart“ and „An Honourable Reign“, Bury Tomorrow demonstrated their ability to harmoniously combine heavy riffs and melodic elements.
In the following years, the band released several more successful albums, including Runes (2014), Earthbound (2016) and Black Flame (2018). These albums cemented their reputation as one of the leading bands in the metalcore genre. Their sixth studio album, Cannibal, was released in 2020 and showcased a further evolution of their sound without losing any of their signature elements. Bury Tomorrow are known for their energetic live performances and close connection with their fans. With a consistent presence in the metalcore scene and a steady evolution of their music, Bury Tomorrow remain a significant force in modern metal.
