London indie pop band Sea Girls will release their eagerly awaited third album "Midnight Butterflies" in June, taking their music to a new level. The tracks on the album are even tighter and more direct than ever before, offering twelve focussed, melodic delights and pop perfection. The lead single "Weekend And Workdays" from September already presents one of their strongest choruses, while the pre-released "I Want You To Know Me" shines with a perfect pop hook, positive lyrics and a catchy melody. This light-heartedness permeates the entire album, which embraces the exhilaration of life and encourages you to live and appreciate the moment.
According to Sea Girls frontman Henry Camamile, the album is largely about being in the moment and escaping the daily grind. Since their first EP "Call Me Out" and their first hit from 2017, the English band have established themselves as one of the most consistent and successful British indie bands. With around a quarter of a billion streams, Sea Girls have already achieved great success with their early material. Both their album "Open Up Your Head" from 2020 and "Homesick" from 2022 stormed the British album charts and reached top positions.
