Justice

Justice is a French electronica duo consisting of DJs Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay. They are known for their strong rock influences in their music and their image. The duo was founded in Paris in 2003 and has the same manager as Daft Punk, Pedro Winter. They are the most successful band on the Ed Banger Records label. Their logo is a Latin cross (†), which lights up the room as a large, luminous installation at the band's concerts. Justice first became known in 2003 through their remix of Simian's song "Never Be Alone", which they created for a Parisian radio station. This led to the label Ed Banger Records taking notice of the pair, signing a contract with them and officially releasing the remix. Their debut album "Cross" was released in June 2007 and received critical acclaim. It was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Electronic/Dance Album and reached #15 on Pitchfork's "Top 50 Albums of 2007" and #18 on Blender's "25 Best Albums of 2007" list. Their remix of the MGMT song "Electric Feel" won the 2009 Grammy Award for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical. Her second album, "Audio, Video, Disco", was released on 24 October 2011. This was followed by the live album "Access All Arenas" on 7 May 2013 and her third album, "Woman", was released on 18 November 2016. They won a Grammy Award for Best Electronic/Dance Album for their album "Woman Worldwide" in 2019.
