Civo is a German rapper from Lünen, North Rhine-Westphalia. He was born in 1997 and began his professional rap career in 2020. After graduating from high school, he invested his first savings in his own studio and worked tirelessly on new lyrics, beats and samples.
His breakthrough came in 2022 with the song "Weg von mir", which is based on a sample of the 2010 song "Talking to the Moon" from Bruno Mars' album "Doo-Wops & Hooligans". The song reached number 4 in the German singles charts and number 6 in the Austrian charts and was awarded a gold disc in Germany.
Some of his notable singles are "Weg von mir", "Feelings", "Liebeslieder", "Jeden Tag" (with Monet192), "Nie am Meer" and "Keine Homies" (feat. Maxe). He has also released an EP called "Trips".
Civo is known for his authentic lyrics and his ability to deal with emotional topics in his music. He has signed a major deal with the Universal Music Group and is on his way to becoming a permanent fixture on the German rap scene.
He is also planning a tour for 2025.
