Ice Nine Kills

Ice Nine Kills, often stylised as ICE NINE KILLS and abbreviated as INK, is an American metalcore band from Boston, Massachusetts. It was founded in 2002 by high school friends Spencer Charnas and Jeremy Schwartz. The band is known for their horror-inspired lyrics.

The current line-up consists of singer Spencer Charnas, lead guitarist Dan Sugarman, guitarist and singer Ricky Armellino, drummer Patrick Galante and bassist, keyboardist and backing vocalist Joe Occhiuti.

Their fourth studio album "Every Trick in the Book" was released in December 2015 via the record label Fearless Records. Prior to this, the group had released their three albums "Last Chance to Make Amends", "Safe Is Just a Shadow" and "The Predator Becomes the Prey" either as self-releases or on smaller record labels.

Several of their albums made it into the official album charts in the USA. The band's name is derived from the fictional substance Ice-Nine from the 1963 novel "Cat's Cradle" by Kurt Vonnegut.
